Our History
The origins of our “butcher-deli butcher-catering” firm date back to 1900, to what was originally an “Italian delicatessen” in the heart of the Port of Nice district.
I took over the shop in 1992. José Jimenez joined me in 2013 and we have since developed the business over the years, always finding better ways to provide our customers with what they want.
